This state-of-the-art poly bag making machine utilizes a direct-drive system,
enabling one-man operation of the production line, small-lot production, and the creation of beautifully aligned poly bags.
The HP9060F series (formerly the 801HT-DDSB series) polyethylene heavy-duty bag making machines come in two types: a straight line (S-line) and an L-shaped line (L-line), which can be selected based on installation space requirements.
Key Features
Feature 01
To save space on the line, the film direction is changed before the bottom sealing section, and the machine is made straight. The main body (see external dimensions diagram) consists of an auxiliary pull-out roll section, a pinhole section, a direction changing section, a photocell device section, a pull-out roll section, a cutting section, and an automatic insertion section.
Feature 02
The cutting section inside the main body employs a flying knife system using a commercially available single-edged razor, making maintenance extremely easy. It uses an AC servo motor for drive, with two sets of blades mounted on a timing belt.
Feature 03
The bottom seal uses a single-band seal system. The band sealing speed is very high, with a maximum of 55 m/min (normally 40 m/min). In addition, there is no bulge at the seal of the bag, and multiple bags stacked together remain flat.
Feature 04
The band-seal type L-line main body consists of an auxiliary pull-out roll section, a pinhole section, a photocell device section, another pull-out roll section, a cutting section, and an automatic insertion section.
The HP9060FL bends the line into an L-shape, eliminating the direction-changing section found in the straight line (HP9060FS), resulting in a cost-saving design.
The cutting section and bottom seal section have the same specifications as the straight line.
