Key Features

01

We have made it possible to shorten the mold changeover time by NC-controlled the parts that would normally require adjustment during mold changeover work.

02

We improved the alignment of the bag bundles, making it possible to connect them directly to the palletizer after the tubing in the future.

03

By incorporating a change gear into the cutter section, the cutting length can be changed from 400 to 1200 mm simply by operating the handle. Furthermore, oil stains during gear change have been eliminated.

04

By equipping the horizontal adhesive and perforation sections with a one-touch base as standard, we have made it possible to shorten the mold changeover time.

05

Each layer drawer is equipped with a standard upper cover and side cover leading to the molding section entrance, creating a structure that prevents dust from entering. Furthermore, noise is reduced, improving safety.
