Key Features

Controlling dust generation

The bag is filled from the bottom using an auger screw type (packaging machine lifting device), maintaining a short height difference between the bag and the powder inside, thus minimizing dust generation and scattering.

Stable accuracy

Because weighing and filling are performed using a suspension device with a built-in load cell, highly accurate and stable weighing and packaging can be achieved, eliminating the need for a secondary correction filling device.

Can be used with many types

It can easily accommodate various specifications, including different types of powders and filling amounts. Furthermore, all parts in contact with powder can be disassembled and cleaned, ensuring no contamination.

Features an auger funnel with vacuum degassing function. By using an auger funnel with vacuum degassing function, bulky powders can be compactly filled. Furthermore, the degassing efficiency can be increased by incorporating a secondary degassing device. *The degassing filter can be disassembled and washed.
