This device is an automated system that performs trimming, folding, and overtaping all in one step simply by inserting the opening of a paper bag filled with contents into the carrier chain.

Key Features
Preventing foreign matter from entering
Since no sewing thread or crepe tape is used, there is no lint generation and foreign matter contamination is prevented.
Prevents contamination of paper dust and lint.
Because trimming is done after the inner layer is sealed, there is no contamination of paper dust or lint (when the inner layer is sealed).
Cost reduction and improved work efficiency
This eliminates the need for sewing machines, crepe tape, etc., reducing the cost of auxiliary materials, decreasing the amount of replacement work, and improving work efficiency.
Inner layer separation
When using inner-layer sealed bags, an optional score cutter device can be added to easily separate the inner layer bag from the kraft outer bag.
Improvement of the work environment
Because it doesn't use a sewing machine, it's extremely quiet, improving the work environment and making maintenance easier.
Improved temperature control accuracy
Each unit is equipped with a temperature controller, and includes heater disconnection and temperature anomaly alarms. For heater control, a non-contact switch (SSR) is used instead of a conventional electromagnetic switch, achieving highly accurate temperature management.
